Place mozzarella, pepperonis, and Parmesan on parchment paper, forming two piles, each the size of the meat you intend to use for your sandwich. Lightly salt them. Broil until the edges turn light brown. Let them cool until they harden completely. Once firm, use them as buns for any sandwich, such as a pizza burger, or enjoy them simply as chips.
