Crispy Parmesan Smashed Brussels Sprouts that are easy to make by steaming, smashing, seasoning with Parmesan and ranch, then baking until golden.

1. Steam your Brussels sprouts. You can pop a bag of frozen ones in the microwave for convenience. 2. Take them out, place on a paper towel and smash each sprout with the bottom of a cup. Pat dry each side with another paper towel. 3. Place the smashed Brussels sprouts on a parchment-lined baking sheet & drizzle with oil. 4. Add Parmesan and ranch seasoning over the sprouts. 5. Bake at 425F for 10-15 minutes, or until crispy.
