Say “YUM” if you would eat these Healthy High Protein Cookies 🍪😋🙌 What you need: 1 small banana 1/2 cup peanut butter 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder 2-4 tbsp sugar free chocolate chips How to make it: 1. Mash your banana until smooth (Blending works too). Mix with your peanut butter and vanilla protein powder. 2. On a parchment lined baking sheet, scoop out 6-8 spoonfuls & shape into cookies. 3. Top with your chocolate chips. Bake for 15 mins @ 350F. Take them out, let cool & enjoy! Pro tip: These are really delicious (even Sofia loved them) but they are a bit crumbly once they’re done so just be careful handling them and make sure they cool for AT LEAST 30 MINUTES before touching them. By the way.. these are not keto but they are much lower in carbs than regular cookies so definitely a healthy choice if you’re simply trying to live a low carb lifestyle ❤️
