1. Butterfly a chicken breast, flatten until very thin, add oil, seasonings and place it in a baking dish. 2. Stuff with mozzarella, sun dried tomatoes & asparagus. Fold over. 3. Cover in Italian dressing and bake @ 375F for 40-45 mins.
