1. In a medium pan heat olive oil over medium high heat, add chopped onion and garlic, cook for 5 minutes or until lightly browned. 2. Add ground beef and break it apart with a wooden spoon, cook for 5 minutes. 3. Add meat mixture to crockpot and add all of the remaining ingredients. 4. Cover with lid and cook on low heat for 5 – 6 hours. 5. Top with cheddar cheese and sour cream. 6. ENJOY!
