1. Preheat oven to 375F. 2. In a bowl, combine 1 cup almond flour, 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup sweetener, 1 tbsp cinnamon, and 1 tsp baking powder. 3. Knead the dough for a few minutes, roll it out, and slice into bite-sized rounds. 4. Add the rounds to greased parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes. 5. Take them out of the oven, let them cool, then toss them in a mix of 2 tbsp sweetener and 1.5 tsp cinnamon. 6. To make the frosting, mix 3 tbsp powdered sweetener with 2 tbsp heavy cream or milk until it thickens. (Pro tip: If you don’t have powdered sweetener, simply blend regular sweetener). 7. Drizzle the frosting over the cinnamon bites and enjoy!
