Blend 1 cup cottage cheese with 1 cup almond flour, 1/4 cup sweetener, 1/2 tsp baking powder and 2 tbsp cocoa powder until combined. Shape the mixture into cookies and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Add sugar-free chocolate chips on top of each cookie. Bake at 350Β°F (175Β°C) for 15 minutes. After baking, remove the cookies from the oven and let them sit for about 15 minutes to ensure they firm up and donβt fall apart before enjoying.
