Keto Cheez-Itz! ๐ If you love cheese leave a โ๐งโ in the comments ๐ . Ingredients: 1 egg 2 tsp coconut flour 1 cup shredded cheddar Seasonings of choice . . Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 400F 2. Mix all ingredients. Add to parchment lined baking sheet and flatten as thin as possible. (Swipe to see 2nd pic for how I did mine) 3. Bake for 5-7 minutes until edges turn light brown. 4. Take out, flip over, cut into small pieces, and put back in for 3-5 more minutes. (If you like them extra crispy switch to broil for last minute or two) . .
