A super easy and delicious way to make a healthier version of pizza crust with more veggies by using cabbage steaks as the base.

Slice a cabbage into 1 inch thick steaks. Coat each side with olive oil & top with Italian seasonings. Bake @ 425F for 20-25 mins (until golden). Take them out, add your favorite pizza toppings and put it back in until the cheese is bubbly.
