1. Mix egg with heavy cream and seasonings and set aside. 2. Slice bell pepper into rings, pan fry on medium heat in butter for a minute on each side. 3. Lower heat and add your egg mix into them with your toppings of choice. After about 2 mins flip and leave for 1-2 more minutes.
