1. Toss the shrimp in your oil and seasonings, then air fry at 400F for 5 minutes and set aside. 2. In a pan over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté your garlic. 3. Add in the spinach and tomatoes until the spinach wilts and tomatoes soften. 4. Lower the heat, stir in your cream and grate in your Parmesan until the sauce thickens. 5.
