Healthy Air Fryer Donut Holes

Say โYUMโ if you would eat these healthy donut holes ๐๐ฉ๐ What you need: 1 large banana 1 cup almond flour 2 tsp baking powder Optional: 1/4 cup sweetener (allulose, stevia or monk fruit) 2 tsp cinnamon How to make them: 1. Combine your almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon and sweetener. 2. Completely mash your banana and mix with the flour. 3. Roll into 10 balls, spray each one with oil & air fry @ 350F for 6-8 mins. 4. Take them out, toss in a mix of more sweetener and cinnamon and enjoy! Pro tip: Use a parchment paper liner so they donโt stick to your air fryer. Btw.. while these are much lower in carbs than regular donuts, this recipe is more for living a low carb lifestyle than a โketoโ recipe. If you want a keto version, just replace the banana with 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt ๐
