Say βYUMβ if you would eat these Healthy Blueberry Donuts π«ππ What you need: 1/4 cup blueberries 2 large eggs 1 banana 1/4 cup Greek yogurt 1/4 cup sweetener (I used allulose) 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 tsp baking powder Optional: 2 tbsp corn starch (helps firm them up) How to make them: 1. Blend all ingredients except your blueberries. 2. Pour the mixture into a greased donut pan. 3. Top with your blueberries and bake @ 325F for 30-40 mins. 4. Take them out gently, drizzle with SF white chocolate and enjoy! Notes: The overall vibe of these is very similar to a pancake, so they would actually be super good with maple syrup too π
