1. Slice up your sausage & brown it in a pan with peppers & onions. Set aside. 2. Season and cook your shrimp in oil for 1-2 minutes on both sides. Set aside. 3. Cook your cauliflower rice according to the bag, then add to a pan with some butter and mix everything together. Notes: I seasoned my shrimp with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika & cayenne pepper. The cauliflower rice I used was “Mexican cauliflower rice” from Trader Joe’s but the “Spanish style” cauliflower rice from Walmart is great for this recipe as well.
