Say “YES” if you would eat this Keto Coffee Cake 🤤☕️🎂 This is the best dessert I’ve ever made 😭 and it’s surprisingly easy to make if you can get over the fact that it has a lot of ingredients 👍

1. Preheat oven to 350F. 2. For the cake mix, combine both flours, the baking powder & salt. 3. Then in a separate bowl mix together the remaining ingredients & combine. (I used an electric mixer to combine the butter & sweetener first) 4. Mix together the ingredients for the crumble and break up the butter into tiny pieces. 5. Add parchment paper to an 8x8 dish. 6. Layer in this order: cake mix, crumble, cake mix & top with crumble. 7. Bake for 35 minutes. (You can cover for the last 15). 8. Once a toothpick comes out clean let it cool completely in the baking dish. 9. Top with more sweetener & enjoy!
