This is a delicious Greek style burger bowl recipe that’s high in protein and filled with lots of nutritious foods. It’s such an easy low carb meal for lunch or dinner.

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, except olive oil. Mix and shape into 6 patties. Fry on medium to medium high heat in the olive oil for 5-6 minutes on each side. Serve on a Greek salad and enjoy!
