Say βYUMβ if you would eat this Sweet N Sour Chicken ππ₯π How to make the chicken: Mix 1 can of chicken, 1 egg & 1 cup of shredded cheddar. Shape into nuggets and air fry @ 400F for 12 mins. For the sauce β¬οΈ What you need: 1/2 cup brown sweetener (I used truvia) 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar 1/3 cup sugar free ketchup 1/3 cup water 2 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos 1 tsp sesame oil ΒΌ tsp xanthan gum How to make it: 1. In a sauce pan, combine your oil & xanthan gum. Whisk until combined. 2. Then whisk in the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Once it thickens (1-2 mins) serve with chicken & enjoy. Pro tip: You can also chop rotisserie chicken finely and use that in place of the canned chicken π

Then, whisk in the remaining sauce ingredients: 1/2 cup brown sweetener, 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar, 1/3 cup sugar free ketchup, 1/3 cup water, and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce or coconut aminos. Bring the mixture to a boil. Once it thickens (this should take 1-2 minutes), serve the sauce with the cooked chicken nuggets and enjoy.
