Crispy bacon chips made in an air fryer or oven, served with a simple dip made from blended cottage cheese and everything bagel seasoning.

To make the bacon chips, cut bacon into chip-sized pieces (the bigger the better as they will shrink). Air fry at 360F for 10 minutes, shaking halfway. Alternatively, you can bake them at 400F for around 15 minutes. Once cooked, take them out, pat dry, and enjoy! For the dip, simply blend cottage cheese with everything bagel seasoning.
