1. Add coconut flour (or almond flour) and seasonings to a bowl. Whisk egg in a separate bowl. Thaw shrimp if frozen. 2. Coat both sides of shrimp in egg, then coat with the flour mixture. (Tip: Dip shrimp in egg, place on a plate, then sprinkle flour on each side to prevent clumping). 3. Fry in butter on medium heat until golden brown.
