A low-carb pizza burger made with seasoned ground beef patties and a mozzarella-pepperoni cheese disc instead of a bun, perfect for a keto diet.

For the meat, mix ground beef with grated parmesan, Italian seasonings, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Form into patties and fry for 2 minutes on each side. For the cheese, add 2 piles of shredded mozzarella to a parchment-lined baking sheet. Top with pepperoni slices and more mozzarella. Bake at 350F (175C) for 10 minutes, broiling for the last 2 minutes.
