Keto pizza rolls!! I’ve literally been making these every night for the past week lol 😋 What has your go to meal been lately?

Melt half of the butter and coat the outside of the wrap with it + the seasonings. Add the mozzarella and pepperonis to the inside of the wrap. I usually do 1 layer with half of the mozzarella, add the pepperonis, then add the rest of the mozzarella. Fold in half like a flatbread. Fry on medium high heat in the rest of the butter for like 2-3 minutes on each side or until it browns to your preference. Cut into 8-12 bite sized pieces with pizza cutter and enjoy!! Notes: it’s super important that you salt and season the outside of the wrap, this gives it a lot of flavor!! I used like 1/2 tsp oregano, 1/2 tsp salt, and a few dashes of red pepper.
