First, prepare the taco meat: Cook 1 lb lean ground beef. Once browned, add a packet of taco seasoning and 1/3 cup water, and simmer until the liquid is absorbed. Next, grease a donut pan. Fill the bottom of each well with a layer of shredded Mexican cheese. Add an onion ring, then a spoonful of the prepared taco meat, and top with more shredded Mexican cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden. Remove from the oven and enjoy immediately!
