Place the tortilla beef-side down and fry for 3-4 minutes, or until the beef is fully cooked and crispy. 3. Flip the tortilla. Immediately add your favorite pizza toppings, starting with sauce, then cheese, and any other desired toppings. 4. Cover the pan and cook for another 1-2 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. 5. Carefully remove the taco from the pan, fold it in half, and enjoy immediately.
