A delicious and easy recipe for low-carb and keto-friendly garlic knots, made with mozzarella and almond flour, perfect for an appetizer or snack.

1. Mix dry ingredients (almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, baking powder, salt, pepper) and set aside. 2. In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese and shredded mozzarella. Microwave for 1 minute. 3. Stir the cheese mixture, then microwave for 30 more seconds. Stir again until well combined. Add your whisked egg and the dry ingredients mixture. Mix everything together until a dough forms. 4. Knead the dough gently and then flatten it out between two sheets of greased parchment paper. 5. Cut the flattened dough into 2-inch wide strips. Fold each strip like a hot dog twice, then roll it into a rope, and finally tie it into a knot. 6. Air fry the knots at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes. (If stuffing the knots, use parchment paper underneath). 7. Once cooked, brush the warm garlic knots with melted butter and additional garlic (fresh minced or garlic powder). Enjoy immediately!
