Say “YUM” if you would eat these Chicken Shawarma Skewers 😋🙌 How to make them: Bite size 2 chicken breasts or 3 chicken thighs & marinate in 2 tbsp Greek yogurt. The juice of 1/2 lemon. 1 tbsp olive oil. 1 tsp minced garlic & the seasonings listed below. Stick on skewers & let marinate for an hour and air fry @ 400F for 10-15 mins. Seasonings I used: 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp turmeric 1 tsp allspice 1 tsp ground cloves 1 tsp dried parsley 1 tsp cumin

Cut 2 chicken breasts or 3 chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, marinate the chicken with 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt, the juice of 1/2 lemon, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1 teaspoon of turmeric, 1 teaspoon of allspice, 1 teaspoon of ground cloves, 1 teaspoon of dried parsley, and 1 teaspoon of cumin. Stick the marinated chicken onto skewers. Let the chicken marinate for at least an hour. Air fry the skewers at 400°F (200°C) for 10-15 minutes, or until cooked through and slightly charred.
