A quick and delicious Bang Bang Shrimp recipe featuring air-fried shrimp coated in a pork rind and shredded coconut mixture, served with a creamy sriracha mayo sauce.

Take thawed, tail-off shrimp and coat them in egg wash, followed by a mixture of pork rinds and shredded coconut. Air fry the coated shrimp at 400°F (200°C) for 7-8 minutes, flipping halfway through. For the bang bang sauce, mix 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of yogurt (optional), and 1 teaspoon of sriracha. Stir until well combined. Serve the air-fried shrimp with the bang bang sauce. Optionally, add sugar-free sweet chili sauce as a bonus for extra flavor.
