Say “YUM” if you would eat these Meal Prep Personal Pizzas 🍕🤤🙌 What you need: Keto hamburger buns 1 tbsp marinara per bun 3.5 tbsp fat free mozzarella per bun 3 turkey pepperoni slices per bun Oregano for seasoning How to make it: 1. Flatten the buns & spread your marinara on each. 2. Top with your fat free mozzarella and pepperoni slices. Sprinkle with oregano. 3. Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes. Let cool and store in a container with parchment paper layered between each slices. 4. Reheat in the oven or air fryer for a few minutes and enjoy! Macros per pizza: 97 calories 2.8g net carbs 3g fat 14.3g protein By the way.. you can totally use regular mozzarella & pepperoni for more keto-friendly macros. I just like saving my fats for healthier sources like steak, eggs & avocado.
