This simple and healthy avocado bread is made by mashing avocado with an egg, Parmesan cheese, and everything bagel seasoning. Shaped into circles and baked, it's a quick and customizable snack or side.

Mash an 1/2 avocado. Add an egg, 3/4 cup Parmesan and 2 tbsp everything bagel seasoning. Shape the mixture into circles on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 10 mins @ 400F. Add your favorite fillings and enjoy!
