Mix 1/2 cup shredded chicken with 2 oz cream cheese, 1 tbsp ranch seasoning, 1 oz sour cream & 1/2 cup shredded Mexican cheese. Roll this mixture into sliced turkey and place them in a baking dish. Then, mix 1/2 cup enchilada sauce with 1/4 cup ranch and pour over your turkey rolls. Top with more shredded cheese & sliced jalapeños. Bake at 375F covered for 25 minutes. Remove the cover and cook for another 10 minutes. Take them out & enjoy!
