Chop a head of cauliflower into bite sized florets. Steam the cauliflower until tender. Once cooked, mix the tender cauliflower with 4 chopped hard boiled eggs, 1/2 cup mayo, 2 tbsp dill relish, 2 tbsp chopped green onions, 2 tbsp mustard, 3 tbsp chopped red onion, bacon bits, and season with salt & pepper to taste.
