1. Preheat the oven to 350F. 2. Combine all dry ingredients except the cheddar. Combine wet ingredients separately and mix with the dry. 3. Fold your cheddar into the mix & scoop out 12 balls on a parchment lined baking sheet. 4. Bake for 15 minutes (until golden). Remove from oven and let them cool for 5-10 mins. 5. Stir together your melted butter mix, brush it on top and enjoy!
