1. Blend 8 oz cottage cheese, 1/4 cup yogurt, 1 large egg, the juice of 1/2 lemon and 1/4 cup sweetener (I used monk fruit) 2. Pour into two greased ramekins and top with blueberries. Bake @ 350F for 45ish mins until fully set. Take it out, let chill and enjoy!
