Sweet and tangy strawberry fruit roll-ups dipped in melted chocolate, a fun homemade treat.

Blend 1 pint of strawberries with 2 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp sweetener. Boil the mixture for 10 minutes. Spread the fruit mixture on a parchment lined sheet in a thin layer. Bake at 170F for 3-4 hours. Once baked, take it out, lay the fruit side down on fresh parchment paper, and carefully peel the bottom layer off. Cut the fruit roll into strips, and spread melted chocolate on them. Let chill until the chocolate hardens and enjoy!
