1. Preheat oven to 350F & put parchment paper on a baking sheet and spread oil over the parchment paper. 2. Shape 1 cup of shredded mozzarella into a 6.5 inch by 8 inch rectangle and season. Then switch oven to broil and put in. 3. Once brown spots appear, remove from oven. Let cool for 5-10 minutes and then flip. 4. Add your fillings, roll into a wrap, and add back to oven for 30-45 seconds. 5. Let cool and enjoy!
