For air frying: Preheat your air fryer to 380°F. Season the chicken wings heavily. Air fry for 25 minutes, flipping them over halfway through. Switch the heat to 400°F and put them back in for 5-15 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. For baking: Preheat your oven to 375°F. Season the chicken wings heavily. Bake for 1 hour or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F. Serve with sugar-free BBQ sauce and buffalo sauce. Dip in sour cream and eat with celery and cream cheese.
