Mini Strawberry Cheesecakes

1. Mash or blend all ingredients except chocolate chips and granola.
2. Then, mix your granola with a tbsp or two of the melted chocolate so it holds together well and add it to 6 greased muffin cups.
3. Top with the cheesecake mix and remaining melted chocolate drizzled on top.
4. Freeze for a couple hours and enjoy!

Pro tip: Make sure the cream cheese is fully softened or it won’t mix well. I microwaved for like 10 seconds to get mind soft quickly.
