1. Preheat your oven to 325F. 2. Separate the whites and yolks. 3. Beat the whites until stiff peaks form. 4. Melt your chocolate chips (microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time). 5. Fold the yolks into the melted chocolate. 6. Then, gently fold the beaten egg whites into the chocolate-yolk mixture. 7. Mix and add to a parchment-lined 9” cake dish that’s been greased. 8. Bake for 30 minutes.
