To prepare the bacon-wrapped chicken tenders, first, slice each pickle spear and cheese stick in half lengthwise. You can optionally cut a small pocket into each chicken tenderloin to stuff the cheese into, which helps prevent it from leaking out onto the parchment paper. Take one chicken tenderloin, a half pickle spear, and a half cheese stick, then wrap them together securely with 1-2 slices of bacon. Place the assembled tenders on a parchment-lined air fryer basket. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) and the bacon is crispy.
