1. Preheat oven to 350F. 2. Cut the Jalapenos in half lengthwise and remove the insides. 3. Mix cream cheese, cooked chorizo and cheddar cheese, then fill each half of the jalapenos. 4. Bake for 20-25 minutes. You can broil the last 2 minutes for the burnt vibe.
