A simple yet delicious keto beef and cheese bowl, featuring seasoned ground beef, cheese sauce, sour cream, sliced jalapenos, and crispy broiled Colby Jack cheese.

1. Season the ground beef with 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp red pepper, 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper, and 1/4 tsp garlic powder. Cook the seasoned ground beef on the stove until done, then set aside. 2. Cut the 2 slices of Colby Jack cheese into 3 pieces each. Lightly salt the cheese pieces. Place them on parchment paper and broil until the edges turn light brown. Remove from oven and let cool and harden. 3. In a bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, cheese sauce, sour cream, sliced jalapenos, and the broiled Colby Jack cheese pieces. Enjoy!
