1. Cook ground beef, when finished, add marinara and switch heat to simmer until warm. Set aside. 2. Mix seasonings, ricotta, half of the Parmesan, and an egg in a bowl. Set aside. 3. In non stick or parchment lined baking dish add the meat sauce, tortilla, ricotta, meat sauce, mozzarella, parmesan & repeat . 4. Air fry at 400F for 10-12 mins. Slice into 4 squares. Enjoy!
