1. Preheat oven to 350F. Cover baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease. 2. Put the shredded mozzarella on the baking sheet and shape into an evenly spread circle with at least a 5 inch diameter, then salt heavily. Switch oven to broil and put the baking sheet in. 3. After light brown spots appear, remove from oven, let cool for 5-10 minutes, flip, salt again, and put back in. 4. Once light brown spots appear on this side, remove, let cool for 5-10 minutes, then enjoy 😋
