Say βYUMβ if you would eat this Peanut Butter Stuffed Protein Brownie π«π₯π What you need: 1/3 cup cottage cheese 1 large egg 2 tbsp cocoa powder 1/4 cup sweetener 3 tbsp sugar free chocolate chips For the filling: 2 tbsp peanut butter Optional: 1/2 tbsp sweetener How to make it: 1. In the dish you will be making the brownies, freeze a thin layer of peanut butter on parchment paper for a couple hours. 2. Then preheat your oven to 350F. 3. Blend your cottage cheese, egg, cocoa powder & sweetener. 4. Pour half of the mixture into the greased, parchment lined dish and top with the peanut butter, remaining mixture and chocolate chips. 5. Bake for 30 mins & enjoy! Pro tip: I recommend serving this in the dish you baked it in for a lava brownie style vibe, as it can be a bit messy when itβs still hot π
