To make the Brussels sprouts, halve them and toss in oil, ranch seasoning, and Parmesan. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 10-15 minutes, shaking halfway through. For the steak, cook it in oil on a cast iron pan. For a medium-rare steak, cook about 5 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 125°F (52°C). Adjust cooking time based on steak thickness.
