For the Cinnamon Mug Cake: 1. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a mug. 2. Add the 6 tablespoons almond flour, 1 large egg, 1 tablespoon erythritol, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon to the mug and mix well until combined. 3. Microwave for 90 seconds or until the cake is firm. For the Cream Cheese Icing: 1. Melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and 2 tablespoons of cream cheese together in a separate bowl or mug. 2. Mix in the remaining 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract and 1/2 to 1 tablespoon erythritol (adjust to your preference for sweetness). 3. Either let the icing cool slightly and then spread over the mug cake, or pour it over the mug cake while still warm.
