A delicious and creamy low-carb sausage and cabbage alfredo bake, perfect for a satisfying dinner.

1. In a baking dish (a cast iron skillet works best), combine all ingredients except sausage and parmesan. 2. Cover and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 30 minutes. 3. While the dish bakes, brown the smoked sausage in a separate pan and set aside. 4. Take the baking dish out of the oven, add the browned sausage and the rest of the parmesan, then return to the oven for another 5-10 minutes. 5. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and enjoy!
