Say “YUM” if you would eat this Zero Carb Chicken Crust Mexican Pizza 🌮🍕 Ingredients for the crust: 1 can of chicken (12.5 oz) 1/4 cup Parmesan 1 egg Taco seasoning Toppings: Enchilada sauce Queso / cheese dip Mexican blend shredded cheese Jalapeños Sliced black olives Sliced onions How to make it: 1. Drain your chicken & squeeze out the moisture. 2. Combine all ingredients & shape into a thin crust on a parchment lined baking sheet. 3. Bake at 450F for 10-12 minutes. 4. Take it out, add your toppings & put it back in for 5-10 mins until the cheese is bubbly. This recipe is so easy and super delicious! You can also do an Italian version with traditional pizza toppings 👍
