1. Create 2 circular piles of cheese on parchment paper and bake at 350F for 5-7 minutes, until edges start to brown. 2. Then let cool for 2 minutes & put each shell over a cooking utensil between 2 cups. Leave them there until they harden, then fill with the ingredients of your choice and enjoy!
