1. Blend 1/4 cup peanut butter with 1/2 cup cottage cheese & 2 tbsp sweetener. 2. Pour into 2-3 ramekins, top with sugar free chocolate and peanuts. 3. Let chill & enjoy! Pro tip: Mix PB powder with milk or water and use that instead of peanut butter to make a more macro friendly version.
