1. Preheat your oven to 400F. 2. Add your ham slices to a greased muffin tin. Fill with pesto, eggs & tomatoes. 3. Top with mozzarella and bake for 12-20 minutes. Take them out & enjoy! Pro tip: For runnier / jammy yolks bake for 12-15 mins. For harder yolks bake closer to 15-20.
